SECURE DELIVERY
We collaborate with trusted logistics partners such as DPD, UPS, and DHL to ensure the security of your deliveries. A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to track its progress in real time.
- Shipping time : Within 48 hours (excluding non-working days).
If your pair of shoes does not fit you, you have the option to return them in accordance with our return policy.
IN-STORE PICKUP – FREE
Take advantage of our free in-store pickup service, located in the heart of Brussels. This option allows you to collect your order without any additional delivery charges.
HOME DELIVERY
Enjoy simple and secure home delivery. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package and know its delivery date. If you are not home, your order will be safely held at the nearest post office.
Delivery costs
- Belgium and neighbouring countries (France, Germany, Luxembourg, United Kingdom): Between €12.00 and €18.00 , depending on the weight and size of the package.
- Other European countries : Between €13.00 and €20.00 , according to the same criteria.
Delivery costs are calculated based on your destination and the characteristics of your order.
We also deliver to European countries outside the European Union. A tracking number will be provided to ensure the traceability of your package.
⚠️ Important : For deliveries outside the European Union, customs formalities may apply. Additional charges, such as customs duties or local taxes, may be levied upon receipt of the package. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
